Hello,

The free shipping applies only to USA orders. However, since I forgot to 
make that clear I can do one of two things for you. The first option is to 
ship this order Airmail for $6 ($2.50 off normal rate). The second option 
is I can offer you another light senor for $7.60 ($5.00 off the $12.60 you 
paid).

Let me know what you want and I will pack this order right away. It will 
ship tomorrow if paid tonight.

Hi Alex,

The order arrived today, and contents are all fine, but I noticed the 
postage was only $5, when you charged me a "discounted" amount of $6? That 
is rather disappointing, even though the parts were quite cheap. If you're 
gonna offer discounted shipping, it's pretty rude to end up charging more 
than what it cost you.

I know I've occasionally quoted more than I eventually get charged at the 
post office, but I *always* offer a refund immediately.

The $1.00 covered my packing materials, filling out the customs form, time 
at the post office, etc. I ship EVERY order the SAME day or by the NEXT 
morning without exceptions. You got your order 7 days after paying for it. 
That's NY to Australia from payment to you receiving it in 7 days. No one 
could have or would have done it faster.

Fine. But you stated in the original email that $6 was $2.50 off the "normal 
rate", which you don't state anywhere is $3.50 more than the "actual rate". 
In fact your store policy says "Shipping for all orders outside the USA 
starts at $2.75 for Air Letter-Post." It mentions no handling charge. If 
you're gonna charge $3.50 for handling, I would advise you to put it in your 
store policies.

You stop-list me for trying to help you???? I didn't complain about the
charge, just that you should make such extra charges known on your policy
page. I even left positive feedback. I don't understand the problem here.

Alex, if there's one thing I've learnt from selling online, it's that
communication is paramount. I am interested why you decided to stoplist me
after I tried to help? Also, if you found the transaction not to your
liking, you should leave appropriate feedback so others know of your bad
experience. Ignoring a problem does not make it go away.
