Hi Chris, because of the weight of the instructions, the cheapest airmail I can get is $12.01. If you're OK with surface mail, that would reduce to $9.69, but surface mail can take 12 weeks or more to arrive (although I've had it arrive in less than 3 weeks too).
Let me know which method you would prefer.
