See my other Mining Equipment June 2002 Here is a grader based on the Caterpillar 24H mining grader. One of the largest graders currently available, the 24H is generally used in mining operations. 
My version, with it's 16-stud blade, is easily able to sweep an area as wide as 2 minifig lanes. It has 6 wheel unsprung suspension (for a great explanation see this all-terrain crane by Jennifer Clark), the blade can be raised and lowered (check out the hydraulic rams!), and has a V8 engine.
