Instructions disabled again
Due to generating high CPU usage. If this continues to happen, I will be shutting the page down permanently, so if there’s someone out there trying to scrape data from the page, PLEASE DON’T, you’re just screwing it up for everyone else. Write a script to scrape the lego.com site instead, like I did. They have bandwidth and server CPU to burn.

Greetings from the Netherlands,
How can I write a script to get the instructions from the lego side? I am only able to get information regarding the current lego toys on their page (not for downloading). How can I get access to old lego instructions?
It was quite confortible to download from your side.
Thank your for your support in advance!!

I need to get some more instruction booklets downloaded but I’m unable to. When will the page be back up and running?

Keep up the good work, Brickley!

Neither this, Brick Factory or the Official Lego site works…

Joerg-Peter: The LEGO instructions can be found at: http://assets.lego.com/bigdownloads/buildinginstructions. My script simply scans that directory for new files.

Oh, BTW, they’ve been re-enabled. Until the next time. Anyone got a cheap dedicated server out there that I could move to?

Try Brickset.
